I hadn't had a haircut in a salon for more years than I care to share. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly. It was lovely to be offered a head massage when being shampooed, my daughter, Darcie, also loved that. Our stylist Janet took her time with is both, viewed our reference photos and spoke to us about our preferences for length and style. The products used were really amazing quality and the advice I got on heat protection and the new ghd straighteners was appreciated. I would definitely book us in again in the future. I was a bit anxious about the quality of my hair before the appointment but Janet didn't judge me and we both had the same style in mind for me and Janet took less off my length than what I thought would be needed, which was a bonus 😊. My daughter loves her hair and we have both had lots of compliments already. Thanks again! Emma and Darcie x
