Lovely cut by a lovely lady. My only complaint, and this is reflected in the scores, is I booked one service and was charged over 50% more after completion. I am not a hair dresser, I have no idea if a 2-3” trim is different to a 4-5” trim, so the moment you knew the service was going to cost more than the service booked is the moment you should have informed the customer and not just upped the price after the cut is finished when the customer is left with little choice but to pay it. What if I didn’t have the extra money!?! Communication is key ;-)
