I have filled this out specifically following a second wonderful appointment with Karen; this is a second appointment cutting my sons hair. He is soon to turn 2, but this was his fourth hair cut. Our first appointment with Karen, I told her how upset he could get (having had two previously), and it was very busy in the salon, she took him upstairs and was able to both calm him down and also deliver an excellent cut. Irreally felt like she wanted to take the time to make it a good experience for him, and for me. I could tell, she wanted to ensure she gave him the best cut, even in the somewhat more challenge circumstance of a wiggling, frustrated baby/toddler. On the secondary visit (this one), he was able to sit downstairs as it was quieter, but again, she did an amazing job delivering an excellent cut whilst he sat on my lap; he came away looking like a little gentleman. I think the positive experience he had on the first appointment contributed to him sitting comfortably for 20 minutes this second time round. Thank you very much Karen.
