Saw an amazing hairdresser yesterday. She went out of her way to make sure everything was exactly how I asked... even if I wasn't great at describing! Appointment did run late and she happily stayed back and made me feel at ease. Other staff did make feel a little awkward for having an appointment run past closing time. But the hairdresser working on my hair was incredible the whole time. 100% would go back and would recommend. I loved the result.
