Caring and professional atmosphere. I had a medical emergency and had to postpone my appointment the previous day. The salon and stylist were very understanding and organised another appointment for me quickly and without financial consequences- like a deposit - for me nice touch that they remembered that they owed me a free blow dry from previous appointment. Overall a very pleasant, professional visit today with Chris and very happy with my hair cut and styling.
