29.11.25. 09.00- overall, it's a nice atmosphere. |I think it's overpriced for a trim however I like Gemma she's very personable and professional. My hair wash experience today was lovely the girl who washed my hair (didn't get her name) was attentive and thoughtful. The receptionist is also always smiling and friendly which is an added bonus.

I just want to say a huge thank you again to Gemma - amazing haircut, great conversations and always hits the mark with my hair. I have now claimed her as my hairstylist - can’t wait for my next haircut in Jan. If you have unmanageable curly hair then Gemma is your gal - I’ve never felt so confident with my curls until now.

My usual hairstylist was lovely but I’m sorry to say on this occasion that the junior who washed my hair was not good. She didn’t check if the temperature of the water was comfortable for me (it was cold), was too rough and hurt my scalp and neck when she washed my hair and was so slapdash that my top was soaked as she let the water run down from my neck. I think her name is Casey. I hate to complain but I paid a lot of money and really expect better service than that - it was pretty unpleasant.

Issy and Emma were great. I came in for a dry cut and Issy knew exactly what I wanted and what to do and I’m very pleased with my hair. I was enquiring about some colour correction and Emma was very knowledgeable about what to do and the right service for me. Can’t wait to get my hair done again. Thank you!
