My usual hairstylist was lovely but I’m sorry to say on this occasion that the junior who washed my hair was not good. She didn’t check if the temperature of the water was comfortable for me (it was cold), was too rough and hurt my scalp and neck when she washed my hair and was so slapdash that my top was soaked as she let the water run down from my neck. I think her name is Casey. I hate to complain but I paid a lot of money and really expect better service than that - it was pretty unpleasant.

Arrived promptly at 9:30 for full head ash blonde highlights and cut with a blow-dry. The hairdresser didn’t seem to know what he is doing as he was visibly struggling to bleach my hair and choose the right toner. He couldn't keep the time frame and struggled with other window time appointments leaving me with bleach to activate for so long while he was performing other appointments. I asked that I should be out at 1 pm and by 12: 30 I was just getting out from shampooing. Told to leave the cut and blow it dry for another time as I was in hurry to leave by 1pm. Asked for a rough blow dry just enough to get out without having my hair wet. Didn’t have a chance to expect my hair properly and left the salon confused. Later looking at home at my hair, what a horrible job has done to me. My highlights are nothing to do with the ash blondes that I asked for. The colour is goldish, and yellowish with warm tones. Will never return indeed.
