Gemma is a great stylist. Really happy with my cut. Finish also great with options how to style. She's a naturally friendly and I treating person to talk to, which is great as I it's genuine conversation. The only reason I put less than 100% is that the shampoo, whilst lovely, was finished with a conditioner which was continued down my forehead and cheeks. On the whole, a lovely haircut experience notwithstanding the rookie error.
