Comment
Although my colour and cut was fantastic, I was left very disappointed after my hair being shampooed. After one quick splash wash and a lot of hair dye still left in my hair (not just residue) and a itchy scalp later, I went home and washed my hair myself. I had raised this issue to the hair stylist but what a shame that I didn’t get this rectified at the time as everything else about the salon experience was 10/10.
