Just a comment, I don't think that the loyalty card is fair - someone visiting 3 times and spending £15 a time will get 3 signatures - I regularly spend over £50 in one visit and only 'earn' one signature......but then I think that the '£5 off' reward is pretty mean anyway!

First time visit to this salon today and was very impressed. Gemma cut my hair brilliantly. I think the must have been some confusion over my booking though, as I had booked in for a wet cut, but ended up paying an extra £15 for a cut and blow dry (although it did look lovely) I will definitely be back and recommend this salon Good luck in your competition Gemma!

My appointment was with a different stylist who unfortunately could come to work that day as her daughter was ill, however I was offered another stylist who did a good job.
