Gemma was very smiley, polite and informative. I had the hot towel treatment and a toner done and must admit the massage and the heat from the towel was amazing. My hair feels nourished and soft i cant stop touching it.

I came in for a root touch up and toner, Maddie was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and nailed it. We always have a lovely chat too, and she genuinely takes the time to ensure every element is right for me when it comes to my hair. Great service overall in the Salon and Gemma and Danielle are amazing.
