I can't thank the staff at Hair by Jones enough! I've been so unhappy with my hair colour at my precious hairdressers but they didn't seem to want to do anything about it. One colour consultation and I felt better and excited. On the day of my appointment everyone was so friendly I didn't feel rushed, the massage chair in the washing station is a wonderful treat! Aimee knew exactly what I wanted and I've come away feeling so happy with my new colour and cut will definitely recommend to anyone who even vaguely talks about a hairdressers 😁

Although I'm a bit lazy when it comes to my hair, Hair by Jones is the only salon I have visited more than once, and Aimee and her team have kept me coming back since 2010. You couldn't ask for a more professional, hard-working and friendly service. I always leave the salon happy and I recommend them to everyone.

This was a thoroughly relaxing experience, which was a relief since this was my first visit, and I would certainly go back again.

Lovely experience especially as I was nervous. Very pleased with the result. Friendly, approachable staff. I felt listened to and understood. Nice light atmosphere without tinny background music. Perfect little tea tray so I could have a cuppa just how I want it!
