What I want from a hair salon is a stylist who listens to what I am aiming for. Today, I wanted just a tiny amount off the sides of my hair and slightly more off the back and this is exactly what I received. Alongside the comfortable and friendly atmosphere, you cannot beat the caring and empathetic understanding of their stylists, all of whom reach the same standards, so I can comfortably use any of their stylists.

I had to change hairdresser today as the previous one has left. It’s always a nervous time but Steph was brilliant. She quickly put me at ease, understood and interpreted accurately what I wanted from my hair cut and made me feel very reassured. I love my hair! Thank you very much.
