I have been a client of Hair Body & Soul for 15 years. There isn't anyone else I'd trust to cut my hair but Pina! The colourists also are innovative, attentive and polished. Friendly staff always, and accommodating with my all-too-frequent requests for last-minute appointments. It's a fun atmosphere where you get the feeling that everyone gets along and that they care not only about their customers, but their staff as well.

The only reason that I would not necessarily refer us to all my family and friends would be the salons proximity to their residence. If they live close to your area then I would certainly refer them to Hair Body and Soul. Carolyn

The best thing you guys could do is offer an "express service" - no frills, in and out in a guaranteed period of time. I know I am very impatient, but I know so many people like myself who are just flat out at work and don't have time for the little niceties. I think that, instead of being a luxury, or a really self indulgent experience, hair cuts and colours now fall into the category of "maintenance" or a task - something that needs to be done, something that has to be done at a specific interval, but something that is going to suck two to three hours out of your day or evening off. The quicker we can get it over and done with, the more regularly we would come in..... Just a thought.
