I have been going to Hair Body and Soul for a VERY LONG time. Going there is like visiting friends and I always feel that my visit was worthwhile (ie my hair looks great and I feel 'renewed') I am not sure, as I have little to compare it with - but others tell me it's expensive - hence my lower score there. (But can I afford this when I retire?)

Very overpriced for a basic haircut, and had to wait several times as the hair dresser swapped between various clients. Ended up having about 3 people do my hair. Lovely atmosphere and great products.

I love Hair Body and Soul. My only concern is that it is very expensive when getting a cut,colour and blowwave. I always recommend the salon to friends, however I also always flag the cost with them as I know this is an important factor.

Always look forward to a visit to HB&S, especially the scalp massage. It's so lovely to get pampered (espcially with a glass of wine) and know at the end I'll look fabulous. I searched for so long to find a salon where I actually loved the result eery time. Am looking forward to the time (very soon) where I'll be able to make a weekly visit.

I am so happy with my curls, I get lots of compliments and it gives me so many options A new look every 2 days
