I love my hair visits each month and always find the girls delightful, caring, polite and highly skilled. I am very happy with the cut and colour treatments that I receive. However, I would like treatments to be itemised on my receipt so that I have more control over how much it costs me each month.

Always look forward to a visit to HB&S, especially the scalp massage. It's so lovely to get pampered (espcially with a glass of wine) and know at the end I'll look fabulous. I searched for so long to find a salon where I actually loved the result eery time. Am looking forward to the time (very soon) where I'll be able to make a weekly visit.

had a great time and the cut was great. probably would have liked if the girl washing my hair explained what treatments she was giving as it is always nice to hear what is happening when your head is in the basin.

I’m busy and I don’t normally have time to regularly go to the hairdresser, but I always come away from hair body & soul feeling glad to have made the time to go. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly The little extra touches like essential oils and a cup of tea or glass of wine Make it truly and enjoyable experience

I always leave the salon extremely satisfied and happy with how my hair turns out. The ladies at HBS make it such a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Staff are friendly and really listen to you, providing excellent advice and options for you. I'm always 100% happy with my hair colour afterwards Absolutely no complaints! I recommend all my family and friends to HBS
