I have been a customer for 9 years and I love the service I receive at the Salon. Everyone is so kind and professional. Even though I take public transport to go for a hair cut I make the effort because it is worth it. I can talk to my hairdresser and she understands me and my hair type. She does not only discuss my hair but take her time to talk to me and how I am and what's going on in my life. Thank you

I feel a little awkward but I was a little dissapointed with my brows. The new lady was gorgeous xx it's just that one of eyebrows is now a little shorter and thinner than the other :( It will grow back :) xx

I always come away from an oppointment feeling as though I have been listened to - and most relaxed. All girls give THE most wonderful head massage as part of shampoo/conditioning.

I've been going to Hair Body and Soul for a few years now and I love it. I see Lucy for colour and she is great. Really friendly and does the best blonde colour. I always get asked where I get my hair done. It's a really nice salon to be in, they are always on time, lots of magazines and they use the fantastic QABA range of hair care which I love.
