Gorgeous is a secret, so only tell your closest friends. Guy Parsons has been cutting my hair for 25 years. I have (yes, Guy, I have...) tried other salons along the way, in Paris, NY and London. He is the best, because he just gets it. No fuss. Friendly. Smart. Martine

I'm very happy with a hair cut I've just had from Nuria. I've got thick curly hair that can be hard to manage. She listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions and I'm very happy with the cut. Thanks!

I've been here before and usually see the senior stylist. I usually receive texts for discounts but haven't received these for some time. Therefore I booked on Treatwell this time for a discount (still £116 for colour and cut so not talking cheap as chips here) and for 'senior stylist' which was £15 dearer than stylist but when arrived had been allocated to a more junior stylist. I thought this was cheeky regardless of whether they thought I'd been there before or not. The stylist was lovely however and very attentive but I wasn't completely happy with the colour (half head highlights) once I got home and saw it in my home mirror. It was over bleached at the front and uneven. Called them next day and luckily they were able to fit me in for colour correction. Bit of a pain but they were very accommodating in terms of fixing the colour. The same stylist fixed the colour and asked for some advice from the senior stylist; she was good natured and professional. I am happy with the colour. Sad to see the trainee has left she was lovely and would give relaxing head massage!
