Gorgeous is quite simply a new concept in hairdressing, located in the heart of the historic town of Berkhamsted. We opened the salon in 2006, after working for many years in Berkhamsted and we decided it was time for change.
The idea behind the Salon is simple: exceptional hairdressing skills, unsurpassed customer service in a relaxed, stylish & friendly environment.

I have been going to gorgeous from the moment it was opened in berkhampsted . Several visits every year for a cut and colour ,my colour is three different shades looking very natural and blends in totally with my natural grey now occurring with age .I always experience remarks on my style and colour , one last year in Spain from a lovely Spanish lady whilst I was taking a lovely evening walk along a sea front . July this year whilst on a check up at high Wycombe hospital , a nurse commented on how lovely my hair was asking for the details of my salon , then only last weekend whilst visited a friend in Sheffield and going with her to a hairdresser ,the hair dresser commented on my wonderful colour . A very big thank you to ESTELLE

I haven’t been for a while as been working away. Wow! This salon has really improved. Fab decor, and the staff seem way more sophisticated. They were great before but they are fantastic now. I’m really happy with my hair too..... win win!!

In my opinion you will not beat this salon for expertise in cut or colour (excellent, thorough hair wash also). Or if you just feel like a lift, book a wash and blow dry and enjoy the atmosphere of this oasis of kindness and good humour!!

An excellent hair salon with a happy professional feel. We are very lucky to have such a high class hairdressers near to us. I would expect to have to go to the West End of London for such professionalism.
