Love coming here, only things is I’ve had to wait half an hour to be seen in my last two appointments, after showing up on time. Doesn’t stop me from coming though :)

I was seen to 20 minutes late, I wasn’t offered a drink like they usually do and then doing the criticise care, the nail artist cut me twice and didn’t apologise. Other than that I’m fairly satisfied with the quality of work she did but next time I won’t be booking an appointment with that particular person again

The nail tec ignored me the entire time whilst I was having my nails done. She was either too busy talking to other clients or to busy talking to her colleagues. Although the service as a whole was clean and the atmosphere was relaxed I felt like a bit of a spare part and uncomfortable
