I was seen to 20 minutes late, I wasn’t offered a drink like they usually do and then doing the criticise care, the nail artist cut me twice and didn’t apologise. Other than that I’m fairly satisfied with the quality of work she did but next time I won’t be booking an appointment with that particular person again

The staff are lovely, they always make m feel welcome and comfortable. They send a message a few days before your appointment,which is really helpful! My nails look amazing every time I go!
