My only criticism is allowing a trainee to prep nails which normally takes @ 15 mins max not 45. My cuticles were cut and the file kept catching and hurting. That said they do need the experience.

Hello Linda, were sorry to see you were not totally satisfied with your recent visit, Chloe is a qualified manicurist looking to move onto acrylic nails and prepping is how we begin them on acrylics, she has been doing this for some time now and its very unusual for us to come across this issue with her work but we will relay your feedback to Chloe and use it in a positive manner to help her training, in the mean time Nicky is going to contact you tomorrow to see what we can do to put this matter right ...
