I hope the rating of 10 means extremely happy. I've been a customer of Fern for many years and always walk away feeling relaxed, pampered and informed. They are at the pricer end of the cost spectrum but you do get what you pay for. The management take great care in choosing staff members that share their passion for skin care and it shows. No mater which therapist sees me I always receive a fantastic consistent service. My skin always looks great afterwards even if I have left it a little too long between treatments. I've recommended Fern to friends in the past and they have been equally satisfied. Not sure when the salon re-decoration occurred but I must say it really compliments the whole Fern experience.
