• I appreciated the warm welcome from the receptionist and the overall atmosphere of the salon. • However, my stylist did not seem knowledgeable on working with mixed‑texture 3A/3C hair and used washing, brushing and blow‑drying techniques that caused frizz, damage, discomfort and matting. • Communication felt dismissive at times, and I felt pressured to chat even though I was clearly trying to focus on just explaining what I wanted and relaxing. • Some personal comments shared by the stylist felt inappropriate for a professional setting. • The cut was shorter and different from what I requested, and the blow‑dry technique did not suit my hair type until I directed the stylist step‑by‑step. • Other stylists in the salon appeared more attentive and attuned, and I would prefer to book with a director next time. • I was also charged an additional £6 without explanation. • Overall, the salon environment was good, but the service from my stylist did not meet expectations. • I don’t require a specialist salon for my hair type. It was a spontaneous thought to go have my hair cut during our city trip to London. I walked past the salon and knew I wanted to there. Made the appointment online, liked Nuria's profile. She was wonderful and did a great job with my hair. Will definitely go back on a future trip to London. Thankyou for the experience.

I don’t understand what went wrong, perhaps multiple miscommunication, perhaps I did not speak with my hairdresser longer, but I’ve only managed today to get into words of my devastation with this haircut on my head. There was a clear idea, style, certain aspects of what I wanted was made clear, I have a round face and textured and thick hair, so I don’t know why it is so wrong. Since returning home, I have struggled to look at myself in the mirror. I have upcoming projects and presentations that require me to speak in front of people, and I can’t speak right now. This is not a criticism of Klaudia's manner towards me, not at all, it is a criticism of the haircut itself and the apparent disconnect between what I communicated and what was ultimately done. I genuinely do not understand the decisions made during the cutting process, particularly when I had been so clear about the style I wanted. Kept telling me to style it, and I spent the entire night either sobbing or watching videos on how to style, I have reference photos of what I wanted, clearly there, and the result is fundamentally different from the reference photographs I provided. I’m so hurt, perhaps it’s just too fresh right now, but I am honest when I say I would rather be bold than this.
