I come all the way from abroad to have my hair cut here, yes I’m very picky when it comes to my hair. Always very welcoming atmosphere by everyone there. I feel welcomed, the hair salon is clean always and they do a great job.

I clearly explained what I wanted and showed how short I wanted the front pieces of my hair to be but I still ended up with a completely different haircut. I pointed to my cheekbones for reference of where I wanted the SHORTEST layers to be but they somehow ended up going up to my eyebrows. As for the ends that I wanted cut off, it is completely uneven and I have strands of hair sticking out, it looks terrible. During the blow dry, which was not as bouncy as I asked it to be, the hairdresser kept getting the brush stuck in my hair.
