Shampoo was poor, no pressure and didn’t get a massage during conditioner, even though I had a treatment put on whilst at the basin, the young girl put it on and left without telling me she was going! I had a star burst, but the high loft tint wasn’t left on for long enough and I have goldy highlights not milky colour highlights as I’d wanted. I have curly hair and so didn’t book a blow dry, but the stylist told me she didn’t have product for curly hair, luckily I had brought my own which I applied. She then asked if I’d like to have the diffuser to take the majority of the wetness away - I agreed but she had clearly never dealt with curly hair as she started to move the hairdryer around breaking up all the curls… I told her to stop and that it would be fine. When we got to the till she told me she wouldn’t charge me for the blow dry - as if she was doing me a favour. I’ve been a customer for many many years but this is the worst experience I think I’ve ever had.

Love this salon, been going more or less since opening. The 2 owners Lisa and Helen are lovely and have done my hair many times over the years. Also go to Aimee who I have know since she was a trainee . Highly recommend as staff listen to what you want and advise would would suit you 💕
