Excellent salon with extremely experienced, knowledgeable, happy and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble and make sure you are totally happy with everything. Lovely coffee and biscuits too ☺️

Hit or miss. If you come on a good day, the service is attentive and decent quality. On a bad day, you are rushed through and come out with a terrible frizzy blow dry, shoddy haircut with the stylist barely listening to what you asked for (which wasn't much). I asked for advice about hair loss and was ignored because it's so noisy in the salon with all the hairdryers and chatter, communication is limited. I made an extra effort to wash and style my hair before arriving to the appointment so I could demonstrate clearly how I wanted it cut, where my parting is and how I usually style it. Total waste of time because I didn't meet the stylist until after hair was washed. Not a big deal, IF you have a hairdresser that listens. But it was not my lucky day. I am disappointed because I have recently moved to the area and thought I'd finally found a good salon that I could come to regularly. Instead, I left the salon bewildered, with a haircut I dont like and didnt ask for. I don't think she was having a good day, and I do feel for her if that is the case. But we are paying for a service. She was more keen to talk about everything EXCEPT hair. It was clear she just wanted the haircut over with, the blow dry was very rushed. But she did try and be friendly. I appreciate her effort to be nice, and I really tried to create a rapport in the hopes that I would be returning to this salon. But if the hairdresser is not interested in understanding my hair or my preferences what is the point. To be honest, I feel like perhaps this salon is busy enough and dont want me returning as a customer. Which is fine by me!
