I am completely satisfied with the service and the way the staff greeted me in.She asked me if she can bring me a cup of tea.That was really a warm welcome.My service was booked with Gemma.She is really nice and sweet.She is very friendly and understandable.As I explained her my medical condition she understood it and gave me advice also she gave me more confidence and gave me a new look.I am very happy.Thank you all.Keep up your great service.

It was my first time at the Matisse Salon and I was greeted with a nice welcome and friendly faces. It was a lovely environment and very welcoming. I was offered Coffee. I had a detailed chat with Gemma who listened and took in board all my questions and checked as we went along to ensure I was happy. Very pleased and impressed with the whole experience and will definitely recommend to my family and friends
