Really great,friendly staff who make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've been coming here for years, great to see Gemma back. They understand my hair type and my colour needs. I've always had really good advice as my hair gets more and more grey and I trust them to advise me in future. Very professional.

Salon is lovely following the recent refit. Great atmosphere, all of the stylists are welcoming and friendly. Claire cuts and styles my hair beautifully and is so nice to chat to. The salon is not cheap but is worth every penny for the high quality styling products and the great end result.

Claire is a lovely person and a fantastic hair dresser. I have been going to Matisse (Freestyle as it was) for years and years and would not dream of going anywhere else! Highly recommended.
