Gemma welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. She listened carefully to my needs and issues with my hair. She suggested what she thought was best and always checked that I was ok and understood. Gemma was extremely patient and didn't pressure me into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. She is clearly very knowledgable and experienced. A lovely clean and professional salon, I would highly recommend Gemma and Matisse Salon.
