I spontaneously booked an appointment with Sonal (cut & blow-dry) and had a wonderful experience and final haircut result. She was super professional, approachable, kind and detail oriented and gave me tips in navigating my current hair transition as I am attempting to grow out my natural colour. I couldn't be happier with the end result and will definitely be back.

The ambience of the salon is nice and the lady at reception took my coat and was very lovely and I got a peppermint tea. My hair stylist was nice, but did not give me the cut or style that I asked for and she was very unprofessional. I got a shine which is a nice color so I'm happy about that. However, the cut is not what I wanted and she styled it horribly. At first, it was blowdried and came in at my chin so I looked like a round ball (think Lord Farquaad from Shrek), and then she attempted to put some waves in it (photo attached) and it looked half done and just awful. I also had a piercing irritation on my ear that I warned her about, and she kept hitting it over and over, not trying at all to be gentle with my ear and constantly pulling my hair - she was very abrasive. At the end of the visit I was told I would be charged 175 GBP, when the website quoted me 135 GBP. I will say that the girl at the front was super nice when I started crying because I was horrified of my haircut and could not believe I was about to pay 175 for something I hated. She was very kind to not make me pay for my haircut. Overall, the salon amended the situation which I'm extremely grateful for, however I will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone.

Andy’s Salon is as great as they say. I had a lot of Qs about dyeing my hair and the reception team were always so lovely and informative when I phoned up (thank you guys!). When I arrived, Angie gave me a shampoo and treatment, asked me considerate Qs about what I wanted and my hair issues. Head massage was so good! Hair wizard Sultan then cut my hair and I knew I was in a pair of safe hands - I showed a few pics of all the layers I wanted and he knew what to do. FYI I have naturally curly 3A hair (white hair) but also straighten and blowout, so wanted something that works for both. SO happy, will be coming back!
