Had my first bikini wax at Serena and it was such a pleasant experience. The beauty therapist was highly professional and set me at ease straight away, with the procedure quick and much less painful than I was expecting. Couldn't recommend more highly.

It's been the third time I visit Serena Beauty and Spa and it's always been a great experience. Done twice a shillac manicure and a Hollywood biking waxing, the therapists are all very professional and make you feel very comfortable. I'd recommend to anyone to try their treatments. Relaxing and clean environment. A must to visit.
