I should have spoken up at the time of appointment, however new therapist (Poppy) was regrettably a disappointment; please accept this feedback as constructive criticism, I have been a client of the clinic for over 15 years. Megan is my usual beauty therapist & services along with quality control and professionalism have always been of an extremely high standard. Poppy didn’t communicate your salons new location over the phone when booking was originally made. I arrived at your old location & was advised by the pharmacy of your new location. I made the appointment over the phone with Poppy as well as she was the beauty therapist assigned to me in Megan’s absence. Over the phone I was happy for this. Poppy’s phone manner was Abrupt, rude & quite unapproachable. She was arrogant when contacted to say I would be late as I was unaware you had moved & she then advised I should have read the email about the move. (Sorry, no you should have confirmed this over the phone with me when I made the appointment) Poppy is clearly young/inexperienced However her phone manner & overall disposition needs to be understood that is a direct reflection of your clinics reputation, and my experience with her That she is overly confident in comparison to her skills and experience. I never give bad reviews, complain or usually take the time to complete feedback like this However I was that disappointed & frustrated & I couldn’t really tell until I got home just how bad my treatment was (tinting & waxing) I also feel that it’s necessary to be honest as I really love your staff and you have always gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction as well as product knowledge and your staffs training, and existing skill set etc. I will discuss my feedback with you ladies, when I return from holidays in 4 weeks.
