Whether its a wet cut, a cut and blow dry, a child's trim, bridal, prom and party hair you will be delighted with the results every time you leave the salon. Colouring using all techniques is our signature service, we offer a free 15/20 minute colour consultation appointment with a colourist to chat about your hair.

Although the experience was good I felt that the prices were a bit steep for a Salon to charge out of the City Centre

Hello. This is Jane the business manager. I am so sorry you feel our prices are a bit steep. We have had to make a small price increase recently because of all the overhead increases which are out of our control. The National Living Wage. Auto enrolment pensions and an increase in our professional styling and colour products VAT etc. This is not an excuse though because I feel your experience should be so good in our salon that price isn't something that a customer would feel needs to be compared with a town salon. We want to be better than city centre salons. I would like yours and everyones experience through the salon to be extraordinarily good. We aim for 110% customer satisfaction. This review system doesn't allow us to know who is writing a review so I can only write a reply here in the boxes provided. I am sending you my email address for any more views and comments you may have as we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. I would like to send you a voucher for your next visit so please contact me cjjwolves@live.co.uk we use vouchers and offers regularly on Facebook and via email for birthdays etc so your privacy will be observered if you would like to contact me. Called at short notice, Receptionist/ Salonist was really helpful and accommodating. Appointment was organised for same day. The Assistant who washed my hair was professional, checking water temperatures, controlling the water and meeting my needs. Lovely head massage during the process - Thankyou. Stylist took the time to introduce herself prior to commencing service and checked with me what my needs were. General 'chit chat' during service wasn't too pushy, but friendly, genuin and appropriate and was accompanied by a hot drink made available which was very much appreciated. The stylist consulted me on the style and appearance, with an end result - lovely - just what I wanted - really pleased - good value - Thankyou. A positive experience and service received - thank you. Also outside their normal remit, staff had recently showed genuin concern and gone the extra mile with my 18 year old daughter who recently visited the salon and had fainted. After my daughter had recovered, a member of staff kindly went out of her way, giving my daughter a lift home, which we are both very grateful for. It was nice I was able to pass on my thanks in person to the member of staff.
