Long term customer, salon is cleanly kept and inviting environment to be in. Greeted on arrival by staff. Those I interacted with pleasant and polite, can see management set high standards for customer experience and this has been consistently delivered each visit. Other staff were clearly busy with other customers and jobs. Hair cut by Jonathon who I have gone to for years, excellent product knowledge for hair care and very skilled stylist. Took on feedback from my last cut and refined this cut. Price range feels in keeping with the service that is delivered. It’s a higher end salon, the premises and service reflects that. I have walked out the door unhappy. Very recommended to all.
