As ever, the salon is a welcoming space that I love coming to. The staff are always friendly and approachable - greeting everyone as they enter the salon and during the appointments. My three girls and I have been coming for several years now and nothing is too much trouble (including an emergency restorative cut for an experimental 'fringe' when my middle daughter was younger!! I was booked in for a cut and blow today, and have a lot of thick hair - I asked if there was time for a trim and curl in addition, thinking I was probably pushing it on a Saturday! Oceania was so lovely, said she would have time and accommodated my request - I love the result and would recommend EST 14 every time. Above and Beyond today - thank you so much :-)

I have short hair that can be tricky to manage, but Jonathan's expertise always ensures I leave with the perfect haircut. His attention to detail is unmatched, and I trust him completely with my style. The service is impeccable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even better. To top it off, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut!

I hesitated to write another review because I’m sure you’re sick of hearing from me. I honestly can’t praise Est14 highly enough. I entered feeling like a frumpy old lady and left with confidence. The atmosphere in Est14 is remarkable, its family run with love and I think it’s what gives them their sparkle but not in a clique way. I noticed the customers (like me) were repeat customers and the staff knew them, greeted them and made them feel welcome. From Lynn on reception to junior stylist right through to their most senior directors you know you’re in safe hands. It’s no coincidence that customers keep coming back, when you find a winning combination stick with it. My only regret is not finding Est14 sooner. Keep sparkling, happy new year!
