Called in this salon "off chance" - I despately needed a haircut. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and, luckily for me, a stylist - Yvette - was able to cut my hair straight away. She spent some considerable time talking to me to ascertain exactly what I wanted doing with my hair. She explained just what all of the products used on my hair were for and what they would do. Absolutely delighted with my haircut and have already booked another appointment.
