I can't praise Yvette and Est 14 enough - it was only my second visit to the salon but Yvette made me feel so welcome and had me gossiping away like I'd known her forever, I'd also unintentionally left an awfully long time in-between visits (8 months!) but she could recall bits I'd told her from my 1st visit, making my experience feel personal. I was greeted with nothing but smiles upon arrival and throughout my appointment was given a lot of useful info on methods I could use to tame my hair. It was all very much appreciated - I have definitely found the salon for me!
