Only real criticism is someone was having the hard skin scrape off the feet I.e. were having a pedicure in a seat at the basins next to me and it wasn’t great having zone’s mid-pedicure feet right next to you.

As usual a wonderful experience at Errol Douglas today, I always look forward to my hair appointments with Anna. I had trouble with my travel this morning and was running over my appointment slot. The team reassured me and were able to move other clients around to fit me in, such wonderful service and much appreciated so I was able to lock in some ‘me’ time which I was so looking forward to! So pleased with my new haircut- feeling like a new woman!!! Harriet xx

Thank you to two really kind understanding and helpful members of staff. You fitted me onto your busy morning schedule for a cut and blow dry after I’d been let down by another salon in the area. Apparentlybmy hair looks really great from the back!! Maybe it wasn’t the entire pampering service you usually give but I’ve no complaints. Thank you
