Experience at the salon today was excellent with Anna for a cut and blow dry. The only negative feedback where you could really focus on providing a better client experience for is the check out process and behavior of receptionists The girls at the desk are very abrupt and quick to taKe payment, but they never thank the client for visiting the salon or wish them a good day. Today, one of the girls behaved as if I were disturbing her when I asked for details of my next appointment. I'm spending a lot of money at this salon and should not be made to feel like I am disturbing the receptionist!

My experience at Errol Douglas salon Knightsbridge was outstanding. All members of staff are friendly, welcoming and warming. Customer service was excellent. I did a tint today and my hair feels and looks amazing, thank you to the lovely stylists that did my hair. Prices are affordable, I recommend anyone to go. I have already planned my next visit for a hair cut. Thank you so much to Errol Douglas Team!
