This is long overdue! I am very pleased to leave my feedback about my experience and the service at Errol Douglas salon. As a management consultant at the Economist magazine I work in a high pressure client facing environment day to day - an attractive appearance (feeling confident!) is crucial to my work and success. Before I started coming to Errol Douglas I tried and tested a catalogue of top salons and hairdressers, both in the UK and internationally. Sadly I would never go to any salons more than once, leaving utterly underwhelmed or often very unhappy with the result. So without hesitation I can say that the service at Errol Douglas has not only been by far the best I experienced to date, but also allowed me to achieve the best look and style I ever had. I implicitly trust the salon team and in particular my go to hairdresser Adem who has become indispensible to me on all things hair! Adem has a natural talent and ability to understand (and really listen) his customers needs, individual lifestyle, and personality, and the skill to translate it into beautiful hair that brings out your best features and reflects who you are so that you feel simply fabulous and confident every time you leave the salon. Since coming to Adem my hair is twice (!) as long, Healy and shiny like I wouldn't have imagined possible, and my new colour continues to earn me compliments by friends, and even strangers. My hair salon experience has turned from disappointing (often involving tears!) to simply "I love my what you did with my hair" every time. I would in particular like to thank Adem for introducing me to his magical "Botox" hair therapy which has strengthened my hair to the point that strangers cannot believe it's my natural hair, and most recently for introducing me to vegetable hair colours! Having not let any hairdresser colour my hair for over 15 years due to fear of disaster, I finally took a leap of faith thanks to Adem. And I never looked back: I have the perfect colour! I highly recommend Adem to anyone, like me, who is looking for (dare I say!) perfection when it comes to hair and style. He always gets exactly what you want and most importantly honest and professional advice making sure your hair is healthy and beautiful. We love Leroy. He is simply fabulous. Please open a salon in Dubai, it is too far for me to travel every time !!!
