Feel the salon requires a refurbishment and absolutely needs a reception area where you can sit and wait for your appointment. Important to start the ‘hair experience’ , on a positive note . It doesn’t feel very special . Reception and hair washing Good customer service. James is excellent, I have short , very straight hair , so the hair is unforgiving , no place to hide with this type of hair but he always creates a wonderful style . The best .
