I was greeted promptly with a warm welcome. Offered beveridges throughout my appointment.Before starting I was asked by Ali about my colour and style. Very pleased with my hair.

Went in with a DIY haircut thinking it'll never get fixed again. Sasha understood me very well why I'd cut it myself beforehand. And felt and still feel like a changed woman now! Very nice to have my haircut the day before my 40th birthday! Thank you, Sasha! You and your staff were very friendly towards me!
