There was clearly some mis communication on what an extended bikini wax entailed. All other salons I have visited, an extended bikini wax, covers part of inside the knicker line, with a standard bikini wax, waxing to the knicker line. Apparently, your extended bikini wax, is along the knicker line & the top of the leg or underneath the inside of the leg. On arrival back home, I still had hairs that were showing along my knicker line & both sides were not equal.

I cannot fault the overall experience and atmosphere of Enhance. The receptionist and other staff I encountered on the morning were very friendly and welcoming. However, I was not over impressed with my lady who did my nails. My main gripe is 6he fact she managed to cut my finger, which bleed quite a bit. She did apply the appropriate first aid but to my mind, I don't expect that from a professional. Either she was embarrassed about it, or she wasn't confident in her English but she didn't really apologise, or infact converse at all throughout. The overall result when were nails were finished was acceptable. Hence my scores. I probably would come back again, but it has left me a bit apprehensive.

When Katie and Claudia were involved with Enhance I really enjoyed my visits and felt like a valued customer unfortunately I do need feel like that with the new staff And if it had not been for Katie and Claudia being so lovely I would probably not use Enhance . The only reason I go now is to see Theresa who is also very good with a wonderful customer connection .

Although the lady that treated me was lovely and did her best, she made a couple of comments she shouldn’t have made, the second comment was in response to my skin’s reaction, which from my personal experience was due to the way she pulled the wax off. My inner thigh is still irritated and bruised as a result. First time ever I experience something like this.

I was told the eyebrow treatment was 'similar' to HD brows. This was most definitely not true. They're not tidy, no tint showing and totally a mess. £25 for this? Total joke.
