This is a fabulous salon where you feel really pampered. Everyone who left this afternoon while I was there looked terrific. The hair spa is sheer luxury and great relaxation and the staff are so professional. I was so relaxed I fell asleep!!!! You have all of the quality of a high end city salon with the friendly support of a local salon. This is a real jewel of a hairdressers. I had a great afternoon and came out feeling like a million dollars. Whoever has planned this salon has a rl feel of what you want when you get your hair done. Just a great team, thanks. Sue

It is always a pleasure to go to En Route to have my hair done. The atmosphere is so friendly from both staff and customers alike.It is so nice to see all the team working together so well from the trainee to management and I think this is part of their success story. Everytime I go to the salon the staff have either entered or about to enter high profile competitions and they all do very well which I think alot of this is down to Mel who shows confidence in her stylists and encourages them to explore their talents and show them off to others which is great asthey get the recognition for their efforts. Sarah is my usual stylist and she knows what I like and also I trust Sarah to try new colours and styles etc. I have recommended a couple of friends to En Route and they are now regular clients of Sarah.

I have just attended for my second appointment and am even more thrilled by my haircut today than the first time which was also really good. It's a very professional but friendly salon. My usual hairdresser had moved away and I decided to try all the hairdressers in Wakefield until I found the right one for me but after my first trip to see Debbie at En Route I found this wouldn't be necessary.

Excellent all round, always good with advice when asked for. Friendly staff, nothing quite like coming from a hairdresser feeling pampered. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
