I have been a client at En Route now for years I can honestly say I have never had a complaint,the staff are all so friendly and professional. They are always winning top awards in big cities...and desrve all the credit...c I have my hair cut and coloured there and wouldn't change for any other salon.

Love the reclining chairs and chill feel to the hair washing room. Kieri always cuts my hair to perfection and is a pleasure to be around - everyone else is lovely too 😀

I have had very good experiences at the Salon in the past but today the timings went very wrong. My appointment was 3pm for colouring and I should have had the colour washed off and my hair cut and styled after 1.30hours. I had to wait another 1.30mins for my stylist to be free. I did not leave the Salon until 6.30pm. I had been there 3.5hours.

What can I say?... been a 'patron' for YEARS!... have had our ups and downs (life eh?!)... but a truly professional salon, lovely atmosphere, and would recommend to all!

Very caring professional team/salon. Treat you as an individual - nothing too much trouble and always very busy. Jade is my stylist and is great. Would recommend the salon and any of the stylists.
