Very friendly, from my very 1st visit I felt at ease and love my colour and cut every time I leave. There is no pressure to go a certain way or style if unsure of what you want on a visit, I have the same stylist every time just because I loved my hair the 1st time I had it done there, and of course she is ace :) but all the staff are welcoming and all have their regulars, they really listen to what you are wanting and deliver, it is an enjoyable place to be.
