Just what I needed at the end of an incredibly busy week - a colour refresh and a lovely relaxing hair spa session. The atmosphere at En Route is always so welcoming and friendly - I can feel myself relax as I walk through the door. Sophie always has great ideas about how to keep my hair looking great and Lauren gave me a wonderful head massage that got rid of all the tension from this week's hard work. Absolute bliss

The trainee staff are always polite and engaging. They have a good mentor system for the staff and support them in their work. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is always a nice cuppa if I need one. Forward booking is offered and products are explained and recommended without pushy selling. An all round brill and relaxing experience.

I’m always happy with Evie’s professional approach. This young lady, is very knowledgeable in her field. Her colouring expertise is 2nd to none. Thank you Evie! I would like to suggest one thing though. Could you make it possible, to leave a tip, on the card machine, for my stylist. I rarely have cash these days and feel embarrassed that I can’t leave something for Evie, to show my appreciation.

Abigail has been amazing from the very first consultation following a previous hairdressers mishap. She is really clear in her advice and provided good alternatives and options. Every time I've left the chair I've been really happy with the result. I finally have confidence in hair dressers again!
