I have NEVER been so happy with my hairdresser as I am with En Route. The salon is buzzing, friendly and very professional. Melanie is so dedicated to her staff and clients, she aims high and delivers! Tom is so patient and very talented- everyone gets on together , which makes a visit there a cheery part of the week. A hard working proffesional team- WELL DONE.

Very caring professional team/salon. Treat you as an individual - nothing too much trouble and always very busy. Jade is my stylist and is great. Would recommend the salon and any of the stylists.

What can I say?... been a 'patron' for YEARS!... have had our ups and downs (life eh?!)... but a truly professional salon, lovely atmosphere, and would recommend to all!

I have had very good experiences at the Salon in the past but today the timings went very wrong. My appointment was 3pm for colouring and I should have had the colour washed off and my hair cut and styled after 1.30hours. I had to wait another 1.30mins for my stylist to be free. I did not leave the Salon until 6.30pm. I had been there 3.5hours.
