Nothing is too much trouble for Mel and her very professional team. I broke my back 6 months ago and are still in considerable pain. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable whilst having my hair coloured and cut. Fortunately the spa where hair washing is done have very comfortable chairs where the foot rest comes up. Due to a certain amount of stress my hair loss is considerable. Mel gave me a fantastic consultation regarding this problem and offered me a further (inexpensive) treatment in a couple of weeks. I feel much happier and have every confidence in the advice I received. The salon is in a small village but the professionalism and the surroundings would not be out of place in a major city centre.
